PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
Personal Use License
A Personal Use License grants you the right to use Teekenvisuals designs for non-commercial purposes. This includes:
Personal projects: Scrapbooking, invitations, and home decoration
Gifts: Creating items as gifts for friends and family.
Educational purposes: Using designs in school projects or presentations (non-profit).
Social Media (Personal): Sharing content on personal social media accounts.
Terms and Restrictions:
Designs cannot be used for any commercial venture.
Designs cannot be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
Designs cannot be used in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
Credit to Teekenvisuals is appreciated but not required.
Commercial Use License
A Commercial Use License allows you to use Teekenvisuals designs for commercial purposes, subject to the following terms:
Small Business Use: Incorporating designs into your products for sale (e.g., merchandise, marketing materials).
Website Design: Using designs on your business website.
Social Media (Commercial): Featuring designs in your business's social media content.
Advertising: Including designs in your advertising campaigns.
Terms and Restrictions:
Limited Production: For small businesses, limited to runs of 500 units. Contact us for enterprise licensing.
No Resale of Designs: The designs themselves cannot be resold or redistributed as standalone products (e.g., stock photos, templates).
Attribution Required: Credit to Teekenvisuals must be given where possible. 'Design by Teekenvisuals or a link to our website is preferred.
Original Creation: The licensed asset needs to be incorporated into a larger original work. It cannot be the primary value of the product you are selling. For instance, using our image 'as-is' on a t-shirt for sale would violate our terms.
